tail light connector

i am haveing a problem with my rear left light . i know what the problem is . were the tail light connects to the other connector that it connects to is lose . an its cause the flasher to blink fast ,or the brake light doesnt work . even if the flasher does work . but when ya step on the brake it flashes . faster . so i guess my question is . does anyone of this connector? ,or is their a way i can hard wire it . so this problem goes away.

I think you should first check the grounding on that unit. A bad ground will/can also cause the problems you describe.
