How much would a used auto tranny cost? How bad is it to remove/put in.

which years/ cars can i get the tranny from?

I can't answer your first 2 questions as I havent had to change my tranny yet.
but as for the 3rd question you can pull a tranny out of any one of the cars im going to list, as long as its ATX.

1988-1992- 626, mx-6 (non turbo, someone correct me if Im wrong but there are differences between the turbo and non turbo, and alot of things would have to be changed to make it work)

1988-1992 (I think)- Ford Probe (again non turbo)
