Well dont buy the ferodo (I think thats the brand...) from supercheap, I NEVER had a dust problem with my pads, till I bought these ones - absolutely shocking....
ducktape, do you mean the brand Protex? in a red box?
i think those are the pads i got (well i looked at em, and i cant bloody remember if i got them or not now!) but my rims change colour on a weekly basis due to the amount of dust.
i cant wait to change my pads again, its rediculous. i used to wash my rims like once every month, now they are dirtier than ever only a few days after cleaning them once a week.
Has anyone used Bendix Ultimates on their cars?
Im thinking of getting these pads soon
and want to know your opinions, experiences and how much it costs?
Bendix ultimates are the best you can use
You don't want to go anyfurther as a harder pad will wear more into the disc.
I had pads $100 a side and these didn't work untill you got at least some heat into them but they too didn't eat into the disc but I don't think they were worth it compared with the ultimates for cost and performance.
EBC make some good stuff...I have Bendix Advance on the rear and they squeal (or something does at least) when I brake. No idea what is on the fronts. Both sets are only 30% worn or something.

Don't touch advance they are crap. They removed the Aspestos (sP) changed the name from standard to Advance, do a little marketing and they are crap. Don't stop as well in my opinion. Squel everything else.
I've seen many people complain about advance pads, most of time you either see people put up with it.
Well, I went with Bendix Metal King Plus.... They're the next step down from Ultimates, but mainly (I spoke to a couple of brake specialists) because they won't squeal and are really good on the dust.
A little bit cheaper than Ultimates and handle 200 degrees hotter than a pair of standards.
So now they're in and holy crap does my car stop!! Very impressed!
