ok well i was tryin to put everything back togather on my car after a atx to mtx swap and i came across a problem...where the kik down cable went on the t/b if i take it off i cant get the tb to open i hook it back up and it opens...do i have to change my tb to a mtx or is there a way around this? thanx

I have an auto car with a manual trans with an auto TB. I have no problems with throttle response. I only have the accel. cable hooked up. no kick down or cruise. make sure that the right cables are hooked up in the right spots on the TB.
