I have read some where around here about the white gauges overlays. Also of some people that sounded like if the appearence of the finished product wasn't up to specs. I will like to have mine converted to white, but before I do I will like to know if anybody have done this change over and how do they look/perform, especially at night, before I spend the money and the time installing this things. Please e-mail me and let me know, also some pictures will help a lot, especially at night. My e-mail is [email protected] Thaks a lot, Dave

WElllllll.. i made em myself.. u can get my converted scans at http://mx6.2y.net/~jdp/mtx.zip or http://mx6.2y.net/~jdp/atx.zip and print em out on good paper (goto kinkos maybe?).. cut em out and then put them on instead of factory gauges.. they look nice but at night theyre ugly in my opinion.. I took out the factory backlighting and added my own front lighting using LEDs.. see pics at http://mx6.n3.net/ jason

Whatever you do, don't buy them from the guy on Ebay selling them. I got mine for $15 from him, and he recently jacked up the price to $20 saying he dropped it from $45. They suck at night. He has outlines of the numbers. They are also no an exact overlay line for line. I'd go with the do it yourself method so you get what you want.

White Gauges

I bought my gauge overlays from the guy on ebay, then I took out the original gauges and cut out plexi glass to the shape of the old gauges to let the light shine through. Then I bought some blue bulbs and they look almost exactly like indiglo gauges at night. Good luck.

I noticed though in looking at the page for the gauges that they are only for the 4 cyl engines. The other thing is they are probably only in mph which would suck for us Canadians because we have km/h gauges. Anyways, I'm gonna give them a call and find out more about the gauges. Oh, and Mx64u2catch: go to http:www.nopi.com and do a search on parts for your year Mazda MX6 using the drop down menus, then select gauges and you should see it...

Okay I just talked to the guys at Nopi. They do in fact make the gauges but they only make them for the 4 cyl vehicles. Just out of curiosity, what is the difference between the 4 cyl and the 6 cyl gauges? This really sucks I had finally gotten my hopes up about this. Anyways, that's what they said...hth.

Actually...you are pretty much right. I just looked at both the v6 and 4cyl gauges and the only difference is that the rpm gauge, redline starts at 6500rpm on the 4cyl and 7000 on the V6. Now I just can't decide on the colors they have for my green LS. Any suggestions?
