So I drove to work today (which I rarely do) to make
sure I have enough time to leave work and get my vote
in.

After dropping my gf off at Zoka'z cafe, I headed down
Montlake blvd, and low and behold- traffic was at a
standstill. Now typically this is normal for a morning
rush- but normally it just bottles up moves along
slowly.

Today however, I was essentially parked for about
10-15 minutes. Well sloooooooowly moving towards the
stadium. I heard mass honking of horns as I approached
the bridge. Is there an accident? A protest?

The reason, you ask? Check out this irony:

A$$-phucking Ron Simms was on the corner of 520 and
Montlake waving his stupid vote signs. The guy that
claims he can ease traffic congestion was URGING me to
vote and bringing all traffic to a near standstill. I
was late into the office, and my district manager was
already here to greet my late-a$$

I was going to vote for you Ron. But now I hope some
bird $hits on your 'fro.

lol....btw...i was late to work. got home at 11pm...surfed around here for a little bit. went to bed at midnight. woke up at 630...loafed out of bed at 730, shaved head, face and other body hairs. showered, lotioned up, got dressed and cruised to work at a nice 80mph pace on i-5...no traffic leaving 512, I was happy

now I've got to plan on installing 30+ LCD monitors and doing something with the old CRT's. luckily we've got a guy that comes and hauls them away for $10 apiece.

Btw...I got to grub on pagliacci pizza in teh newsroom...gotta love that shlt

Another story

I had another incident today on the bus. They
"reserved" a seat for Rosa Parks at the front of the
bus. And it happened to be the only seat available
when i got on.

So I stood there for about 13 minutes, as a white
male- trying to figure out if it would be
disrespectful for me (being ******) to take her seat.
Or was I being overly sensitive? Should I just sit
down? Or keep standing there, looking like Slingblade
the dumba$$?

The seat next to her's popped open, and I dove for it.
Then a tall asian lady got on, took one look at the
"reserved" sign- and immediately sat down .

I was like, "You [fizzling] racist."

Chiro? I dont have much faith in them. My dad hated them cause they dont go to med school, but they call themselves "doctors". Supposedly it can very good for some disorders and injuries, but there are some horror stories I could tell you about. I get to read all the rebutal letters that doc's write to explain how they accidentally injured patients, before I can/will accept them into our network.

There are some very bad and stupid mistakes made across the board.

lol...i've never had a bad experience...last night i got ultrasound/sinewave treatment, hot stone treatment, then he adjusted my lower back/hips. there's something else bothering me....i've got make an appointment with a "real" doctor to find out if i'm worrying about TC for no reason.

good idea. dont get paranoid bout my stories. They are pretty rare. But usually a doctor these days gets sued about 5 times in the course of thier entire practice. Probably only 1 out 50 of those times did the doc actually do something wrong.

usually its just a freak accident, and they'd rather settle than prolong a lengthy trial, where a jury may find them at fault anyway.

You know, yoga is a great rehab and muscle training program
